PES can provide an engineering report showing how you are using your energy. We will provide an energy balance of major uses such as lighting air conditioning, process, etc. We will also create an energy invoice using the information from any submeters or calculated (non-metered) uses. The invoice will use the applicable tariff of the local electric distribution company and include all charges, including tax, that would appear on a real utility invoice. PES provides this service for entities such as the Moveieland Wax Museum and for General Growth Properties. Using the PES allocation and mimicked utility bill, our clients can charge back energy costs to their lessors.
