PES Was Listed As The 3rd Fastest Growing Private Company In Silicon Valley By The San Jose Business Journal

Since 1988, PES has been able to recover and save companies more than $200 million on utility and telecommunication costs.

PES was selected as the sole utility audit service for the League of Cities and Counties by PTI (Public Technology - the implementation arm of the League). The League represents hundreds of cities and counties across the United States. PES has provided billing audits for the states of California and Texas. Agencies that used our services include the California Department of Highway Patrol, Department of Motor Vehicles, Department of Food and Agriculture, Department of Social Services, and the Franchise Tax Board.

Other government agencies that PES served include the U.S. Department of the Interior, the City of Norfolk, VA, the City of Virginia Beach, VA, the City of Decatur, IL, the City of Augusta, ME, the City of Denver, Colorado and many more . . .

For the U.S. Department of the Interior at the San Francisco Presidio we provide an analysis of electric service options including reconfiguration of the distribution system to be able to accommodate planned alternative energy development and allow for tenant submetering.

When it comes to obtaining refunds for our clients, PES has more experience in petitioning the state Public Utility Commissions on behalf of customer overcharges than any other firm. When PES brings a claim, the vendors know that it is well researched and has merit. Our vast experience lends itself to efficient and quick resolution. In most cases we obtain a satisfactory outcome within sixty days of presenting a claim.

Our experience in total cost management is extensive. Beyond recovery of overcharges, we often take a very pro-active position on behalf of our clients. PES negotiated the voice and data contracts for Paramount Studios and other Fortune 1000 companies. PES negotiated energy contracts for MCI WorldCom and developed energy cost reduction strategies for Oracle Corporation.

Our experience is far greater than bigger consulting firms, most of who just recently entered this arena. In these days of companies re-defining themselves, many utilities have established subsidiaries that provide consulting similar to what PES has been doing for almost 20 years.
